The goal is to analyze the current company organization based on company size (revenue) and scheduled care hours per week. The end goal is to identify the right roles and responsibilities of the staff and fulfill the objective of having the “right people in the right seats.” Specific service tasks could include:
- Review of the current staff and their roles and responsibilities. Perform a gap analysis of the necessary agency functions and identify any gaps. Assign missing gaps to current or new roles.
- Create and/or modify job descriptions being very specific on the items/tasks this role needs to accomplish. The job description will have a complete list of tasks to be performed and when they need to be performed (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.)
- Creation of a company organizational chart
